Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions establish the specific terms for delivering goods and services from Business Through People ApS. By making each purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. Business Through People ApS reserves the right to change the terms without notice and with immediate effect on already concluded agreements.
Shipping and Delivery
We are happy to offer worldwide delivery to our customers. However, please be aware that shipping to different countries may involve various shipping methods, delivery times, and additional costs.
All our shipments are sent from Denmark with DHL or GLS. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number for tracking the delivery of your package. If your order includes books and/or posters, these will be shipped in a separate package. In these cases, you will receive one tracking number for each package.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to a specific destination, you are always welcome to contact us directly.
Production and dispatch usually occur within 4 to 5 business days from when placing the order. If delivery is delayed or hindered due to force majeure, Business Through People ApS cannot be held responsible. Business Through People ApS cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery or loss of shipment by postal and courier services.
To ensure orders are safe and timely delivery, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details. Any inaccuracies or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays or the return of the package, and additional costs may be incurred.
Customs
When you place an international order, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. The customer must be aware of local customs regulations and their potential impact on the customer's order.
Returns/Cancellation Policy
All orders are produced on demand, so products cannot be returned or refunded. Similarly, an order cannot be canceled once production has begun. It is essential to double-check all the information entered during the ordering process before final confirmation of the order.
Security
We use OnPay to handle payments. OnPay encrypts all your payment information using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. This means unauthorized individuals cannot access your card number or other payment-related information. Information provided on shop.btp.dk is stored solely to serve you as a customer and deliver your goods. Payment and entry of payment information are done directly through OnPay. Therefore, your payment information is 100% secure with OnPay. Neither Business Through People ApS nor other parties have access to your information.
Privacy
When placing an order, you must provide your email address for confirmation and payment documents. Email is the primary communication channel between BTP and you as a customer. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Business Through People ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Price and Payment
All prices displayed on the Webshop exclude VAT (i.e., Sales Tax) and shipping costs. The shipping cost will be added during checkout on the Webshop for shipments within the EU. For shipments outside of the EU, shipping cannot be calculated on the Webshop but will be added to the invoice.
Please note that product prices on our website are subject to change. We may adjust prices to reflect changes in market conditions, supplier costs, or other factors beyond our control. This means that the prices you see on our website may not remain fixed, and they could be updated without prior notice.
Complaints and Defects
If the delivery is defective or flawed due to the production process and the customer seeks compensation, the customer must report this within five working days of receiving the shipment by contacting Business Through People ApS directly. The decision for compensating will be made by Business Through People ApS for each case.
Colors in the final printed products may vary from the colors on the screen, which is not considered a defect.
Limited Liability
In the event of delay or defects in the delivered goods, Business Through People ApS is not liable for operational losses, loss of profit, or other indirect losses, including losses resulting from the customer's legal relations with third parties. Business Through People ApS is only liable for damages or harm caused by gross negligence or intentional actions. Business Through People ApS is not responsible for indirect or direct losses if the latter is due to delays, loss of data, or lost earnings.
